Directing "Angustias" in NYC for Frigid's Days of the Dead Festival

Since being back in New York, I have found myself being so welcomed by theatre. This was something that I fought for after grad school but for some reason it wasn’t my time. Orlando F. Rodriguez, a long time friend and colleague, has taken up the pencil, or keyboard, and begun writing some phenomenal scripts. Speaking of phenomenon’s, Angustias is sure to deliver. Orlando asked me to direct this hybrid staged reading of the current draft of his play, and it has been a ride! After directing Clue at UTEP, I was bitten by the directing bug and want to do more. Thank you to Orlando for hiring me to direct his peace. I look forward to reading/seeing more of his work! Maybe I’ll get to direct again…
